Highlights: Rom goes to Forge to try and convince him to make more weaponry to combat the Dire Wraiths.
Synopsis: Forge is asked by the government to create an arsenal of Neutralizers to combat the Dire Wraiths, but Forge refuses, afraid that they would be used on mutants again. Rom decides to see Forge himself and goes to Texas, but the Wraiths plan to prevent Rom and Forge from working together and attack the people outside Forge’s headquarters.
